If something on this site is wrong, or a call or message sent through it was handled poorly, this page explains how to raise it and what happens next. A clear complaint is easier to fix than a vague one.
How do I raise a complaint?
Send a message through the contact form or call the number on the site and say that you want to make a complaint. Include the name and phone number or email used for the inquiry, the date, the page, call or message involved and what went wrong. Attach a photo or a document if it helps. Do not send a Social Security number or a payment card. A complaint about a website page can be as simple as a broken link or a statement that is no longer true. A complaint about a call or message should say what was said, what happened and what you want to happen next.
What happens after I send it?
Your complaint is written down and reviewed. If the issue is a website error, the page is checked and corrected or the claim is removed. If the issue is about a call or message, the review looks at the message and the call record. You may be asked for more detail or for a call. Keep a written record of the dates and the documents.
What if I am not satisfied with the response?
Ask for a second review in writing and explain what is still unresolved. If the issue is about this site's content, say which page and which statement, and the page is corrected or the claim is removed. If the complaint involves a permit, the building department that issued it is the next contact. Keep the permit number, the inspection record and any paperwork together. For a legal dispute, consult an attorney who works in Arizona construction law.
