This policy explains what information the site collects, why it is collected and how you can ask about it. It applies to the website and to its forms.
What information does the site collect?
The site collects the information you choose to send through a form on this site (the contact form or a call-back form): your name, phone number, city and ZIP code and, where the form asks for them, the service you pick, a budget range, your email address, your Bath Studio picks and a description of the work. It also collects the basic technical information that any web server receives, such as the page requested, the time of the request and the browser type. If you call the number on the site, the call may be handled by a phone system that records the number, the time and the duration. Do not send a Social Security number, a payment card or a government ID through the form. If you send a photo, it is treated as part of your project inquiry.
How is the information used?
The information is used to answer your inquiry, confirm the service area and discuss the scope. It may also be used to follow up on a request, to keep a record of the conversation and to improve the site. Your details are not sold or rented, and they are not used for marketing you did not ask for. If you ask not to be contacted again, that request is recorded and honored. The phone system may use the number to return a missed call. The email address may be used to send a reply or a document you asked for, such as a checklist.
Does the site use cookies or analytics?
The site may use basic cookies or an analytics tool to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Those tools record aggregate behavior, such as page views and traffic sources, not the content of a form. The forms on this site are delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and the area map on some pages is loaded from Google Maps, so those services receive the request. If a third-party service is used, it may set its own cookie. You can block cookies in your browser and still read the site. Blocking cookies may affect a form or a map, but it does not prevent you from calling. Cookies are not used to collect sensitive personal information. If the analytics setup changes, this page will be updated with the new provider and the new purpose. If you use a browser extension that blocks trackers, the page should still load.
How long is the information kept?
An inquiry is kept for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a reasonable business record. A recorded call is kept for a limited period for quality and dispute purposes. A photo is kept with the inquiry record. If you ask for deletion, the request is reviewed against any legal or accounting obligation to keep a record. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized. Ask if you want to know what is currently held about you.
How can I ask about or change my information?
Send a request through the contact form or call the number on the site and ask for the privacy contact. Include the name, phone number and email you used, so the record can be found. You can ask what is held, ask for a correction, ask for deletion or ask to stop future contact. If the information is needed for a legal or accounting record, the site will explain what has to be kept and why. If a request needs verification, the site will ask for a phone call or a reply from the email address on the inquiry. Keep a copy of the request for your own records.
