Contact Bathroom Remodeling PHX
A useful first conversation starts with the room size, the year of the house and a few photos. This page explains what to send and what happens next.

What should I send before the first call?
Send the bathroom dimensions, the year the house was built, the city or town and 2 or 3 photos of the room. If you have a photo of the shower valve, the drain or the area under the sink, send those too. The year matters because it hints at the plumbing, the wiring and the ventilation. The city matters because Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe and Chandler each run their own permit process. The photos matter because a bathroom that looks standard can have a cast iron drain, a window in the shower or a floor that was never waterproofed.

02How it works
What happens after I send the form?
Your message goes to the inbox behind the form, and someone reviews the details and replies. If the project fits the service area, the next step is a short call to confirm the scope, the permit path and the range that applies. If the project is outside the area or does not fit, you get a straight answer. The form asks for your name, phone, email, city, project type, budget range and a short description. The budget range is not a commitment. It shows whether the scope is realistic for the number in mind, and which parts of the scope can change if it is not.

When can I call?
Call Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Calls after hours go to voicemail. If you reach voicemail, leave the city, the room size and the main problem, and keep the message short. The phone suits a quick question, especially if you are standing in the bathroom with a tape measure. The form is better if you have photos and a longer description. Do not send payment information or sensitive documents through the form.
